When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid or authorized payment method. We reserve the right to disable access to any service where a user has used an invalid and unauthorised payment method more than three times.

We reserve the right to change the fees for the services at any time or impose additional fees or charges.


  • Our refund & cancellation policy


All refunds will be processed within 14 days of being approved by AlgebraInTheCity. AlgebraInTheCity will endeavour, where possible to approve non-disputed refunds within 14 days.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction by either party. The prevailing party in the arbitration proceedings shall be awarded reasonable legal fees, expert witness costs and expenses, and all other costs and expenses incurred directly or indirectly in connection with the proceedings, unless the arbitrator shall for good cause determine otherwise.
